For: Youth skaters who participate in either the Regional or Provincial Level circuits.
Description: Skaters will be divided into groups based on age and ability to ensure focused and effective training. Group A will begin their session on the ice, where they will focus on refining technique, improving skills, and gaining valuable on-ice experience. Group B will start with off-ice training, including dryland drills, video analysis, and theoretical instruction, all aimed at laying the foundation for improved on-ice performance. They will then switch.
Our experienced team of coaches will guide both on-ice and off-ice sessions, prioritizing proper technique, mental preparation, and physical conditioning. To ensure a fun and engaging experience, we’ll incorporate games and interactive activities into the training.
