Club President 1977 to 1979.  Vice President 1982 to 1985.  A Club Director 1985 to 1987.  CASSA Certified Official since 1976 and Level I Coach for 5 years.  ISAO Director of Officials for 2 years, he actively recruited officials, doubling the number of registered officials.  John set up the Ontario Officials Accreditation Card, a record of an Official's meet experience that is signed by a Club after working a meet.  John and wife Mimi operated the Club skate rental program for over 5 years.  John Mimi and family (Steve, Robbie, Tanja, Johnny) were the first recipients of the Dietiker Trophy presented in 1985.  This award recognizes individuals who have contributed most to the sport of speed skating.  A Race Starter for more than 15 years attaining the CASSA Level 3 Certificate in 1985.  As a Starter he worked indoor as well as Olympic and Mass Start outdoor events and has been accredited as a Chief Starter since 1978.  He was club ice maker (Chief Hoser) for a few years, also finding time to be a Timer / Judge at many meets.

Very few people have contributed so much time and effort to the Pacers as John Graham.
