Andrew competed for the Pacers from Pee Wee in 1987 to Senior in 2001. 

1989    set a Canadian Pee Wee record for 300m long track.
1990    took the Ontario gold for Pee Wee at Sault Ste Marie long track, Cambridge short track and Canada's Capital long track.

By 1998 he was in to International competition as summarized below.

1998 to 2001    First Canadian male in history to qualify for four straight World Junior Short Track Speed Skating Championships.
1998    World Junior Championships:  Gold 1500m; Silver 500m; 4th 1000m; 5th Super 1500m.
1999    World Junior Championships:  Bronze 500m.
1999    Canada Winter Games Bronze medallist in the relay.
2000    World Junior Championships:  Gold 1000m; 4th 1500m; 4th Super 1500m.
2001    World Junior Championships:  4th 1500m.
2001 and 2003    Two time member of Canada's FISU games (World University Games) team.
2001    Broke Senior World record in the 1000m.
2003    Canada Winter Games Gold medallist in the 500m, Bronze medallist in the relay.

In 1997, Andrew was awarded a lifetime membership with the Ottawa Pacers Speed Skating Club.
